What Are Wasabi Plant Starts?

Our wasabi plant starts are offshoots separated from a mother plant. They are perfect for the home gardener as they are resilient to environmental stress. We trim the leaves to prevent water loss and encourage the plant to focus on rooting.

How to Plant:

Plant the starts into well-drained soil. Keep the humidity high (~90%), temperature between 50-70F, and full shade. The further from any one of these conditions, the more stress the plant will experience.

How to Store:

For best outcome, plant starts should be planted immediately upon receipt. If you cannot plant them immediately, keep them refrigerated and wrapped in a moist paper towel in an airtight container.
